Expect a reply within three business days. Include the page URL and the line you checked when the note is about a figure, a source, or a calculator result. The reply addresses that page. A customer's own bill is not added to the dataset.

If a utility page shows the wrong company, or a tariff total does not match the sheet it cites, the URL and the line are enough. The bill, appliance, EV, and heating calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to kWh Check.

Corrections are checked against the cited file.
